When I got up this morning, my lower back was very tight, but I still went to the gym. I decided to try the hydro massage first to see if it would loosen up enough for me to workout. Well, I ended up having a great workout, yaaaaaay!

- Lat pulldown
Of course I hopped on the hydro massage bed again after. I enjoyed today more than last time, and I’m glad I went even though I didn’t think I’d be able to do much.
