Gym report

When I got up this morning, my lower back was very tight, but I still went to the gym. I decided to try the hydro massage first to see if it would loosen up enough for me to workout. Well, I ended up having a great workout, yaaaaaay!

  • Bench press
  • Leg press
  • Lat pulldown

Of course I hopped on the hydro massage bed again after. I enjoyed today more than last time, and I’m glad I went even though I didn’t think I’d be able to do much.

Went to the gym for the first time in a while this morning. I deadlifted and bench pressed, then I enjoyed the water massage chair. It was nothing to write home about (the weights, not the massage chair, the massage chair was glorious.) I went, I picked up heavy things and put them down, then I left. I do feel really good about going.  I’ll have a walk this afternoon. Hope anyone reading this has a wondeful day!

Walked a Hilly Mile This Morning

I walked a hilly mile this morning with my son at a local park. The trail is a combination of paved areas, gravel, and dirt. There are some hills, but it’s not all hills. My back tightened up at the 1/4 mile mark, but I kept going, and then I jogged the last 30ish yards.  Yay me!
