Walked a Hilly Mile This Morning

I walked a hilly mile this morning with my son at a local park. The trail is a combination of paved areas, gravel, and dirt. There are some hills, but it’s not all hills. My back tightened up at the 1/4 mile mark, but I kept going, and then I jogged the last 30ish yards.  Yay me!
