At first, I did try to do my post in the morning, but writing first thing in the morning takes out being able to ponder or gain inspiration throughout the day. Waiting till the very end of the day often left me mentally drained, not wanting to write. But it’s obvious that I need to choose a specific time of day to write here, preferably pairing it with an established habit as an anchor
I’m not sure what is better. Maybe first thing in the morning could work if I take notes about my day in the evenings and write the following morning. I don’t always write about my day, but this would give me the option to. I can always write additional evening posts if I want to. I think this might be the best decision.
I’m currently working on my morning flow, so it’ll be a good time to add this in and see if I can get back to being consistent, to writing when my brain feels fresh.
I’m on day 88, and the challenge is for 100 days, but I don’t think I’m stopping at 100 days. Writing daily is important to me and it’s something I think I’d like to stick with for now. Hopefully anchoring my writing time will help me with my consitency.
