At the end of every year and beginning of the next I find myself in deep reflection evaluating the past year, and 2023 was no different. I spent the end of 2023 thinking about how tough the year had been and what I was looking forward to in the New Year. Sometimes it just feels good to have a fresh start, and after 2023 I was ready to refocus and work on some personal and professional goals.
